The white fascist attack on Black femininity (Part 4)...Jill Scott's oral fixation, unresolved subconscious traumas, whitey's "3-staged" plan for Black women, and the "closure" of a celebrity crush...

To the readers of this Blog: Beyond apologizing for missing my deadline scheduling of this forum’s posts, I have to say, that I not only wasn’t gonna’ write another posting for this series (any time soon), but I’d made a conscious effort to stay (far) away from this kind of subject matter dealing with “The white fascist attack on Black women”—lest I come off like some super-jaded Black man who’s just hatin’ on sistas. Understand, I truly try to strike a balance when it comes to writing about the specific dysfunctions plaquing Black men and women. Reason is, it’s too easy to get caught up in the whole “gender-warring” paradigm when you’re an (indigenous) Black person, writing about our state(s) of grace or disgrace.

So, whenever I write about a wide-spread dysfunction amongst Black women, I always attempt to counter it with a similar one in Black men, and vice-versa.

With that said, I’m sure everyone reading this has seen the Jill Scott video where she’s pretending to fellate her microphone. And if you haven’t, it’s all over YouTube, so you don’t have to take my word for it. Now, even though I was set to write about another topic, this vid went viral, and being that I once had a crush on Jill, I felt duty-bound to comment on not only what her actions are really saying, but why we, more than anyone else, should view her actions in the context of the white fascism that created them.

Now, I can hear people saying—bruh, can you come up off that whole white fascism deal when it comes to us? Some people are just naturally screwed up and destined to stay that way—live wit’ it.

Well, I CAN’T!

AND, I WON’T!

Reason being is, if I, for one moment, indulge in the thought(s) that the dysfunctions displayed by our people are NATURAL TO US, then I’m doomed to hate myself and everyone else who looks like me, for being Black.

And I’ve spent the majority of my life feeling this way, so I’ll be damned if I go back.

Moreover, I’ve done the work to know that because we have the most genetic power(s) to breed whitey out of existence, that we have a larger bullseye on our backs than any other kind of person, when it comes to initiatives meant to destroy the Black man, woman, and family. So, I hope you understand that this ain’t an indictment of Jill, it’s an attempt to understand why this beautiful and rich sista is having such a hard time finding “Mr. Right”, when she has all the tools to do so (Halle Berry).

So, I’d like you to keep this in mind while you read this post, and as always, I welcome your feedback, ‘cause more than anything, I created this space to be a sounding board for not only what ails us, but how we can resolve it. And that manifesto is one I’ll follow til’ this blog’s end.

Jillian “Jill” Scott was born on April 4th, 1972 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and grew up in North Philly being raised by her mother, Joyce Scott, and her grandmother. During her youth, she recalled being “very much a loved child”, while learning the “three ‘r’s’” at the Philadelphia School for Girls.

She attended Temple University thereafter, where she studied “secondary education”, in hopes of becoming a school teacher, but was dissuaded from doing so, after getting a job as a teacher’s aide. Thus, she dropped out of Temple U., in pursuit of her dream as a singer.

Not too long after her trials at Temple, did she land an apprenticeship with a theater company. And after that, she was hired as a cast member for a touring Canadian production of the play, “Rent”. Then, Jill hit her stride as a “spoken word” artist in the Philadelphia area, where she was one of the many promising poets who recited poetry, hummed songs and rapped at various gatherings around Philly. While making her rounds as a poet, she went on to record seven songs with DJ Jazzy Jeff. Yep, the same one who was wit’ the “Fresh Prince”, Will Smith. In the midst of this and appearing on various Philly stages, she caught the eye of “The Roots” Questlove, and got her chance to co-write the song, “You Got Me”. This song was not only recorded by The Roots and Erykah Badu, but the single earned a Grammy Award. Once this created a buzz around her, Jill was signed to “Hidden Beach Recordings” and put out the album, “Who is Jill Scott?” (Words and Sounds Volume 1) in 2000. And the album went on to score Jill 3 Grammy Awards of her own.

Now, let’s stop here a sec’.

Shortly after this, is when I developed a crush on Jill, cause of her bohemian/earth-mortherly” vibe. She wore her hair in a long natural, was fond of wearing dashikis, and had the outward appearance of being peaceful and non-judgmental, which is what every brotha’s looking for in a Black woman. And mind you, this was despite the fact that Jill was “big-boned”—and plenty of other brothas will vouch for this. So no, it’s not all about a bangin’ booty ladies.

Now, fast forward to 2013—I remember hearing that Jill was gonna’ be on the Aresnio Hall show, and naturally, I wanted to watch, but when I tuned in, Jill came out in a weave and a shirt that had her cleavage spilling out of it—and I was like, Jill? And mind you, this is about the time that the movie, “Baggage Claim” was released in theaters. And in this flick, Jill plays some over-sexed harlot of an airline stewardess—and this is when I knew she was headed down a wrong path. And mind you, this was after the birth of her son, and her first divorce.

But let’s cut to the chase, and talk about Jill’s viral vid…

This past Tuesday, on November 13th, a video surfaced of Jill, where she, shall we say, orally stimulates her stage mic—and afterwards, in her defense, she sent out a “tweet” saying: “I sing/act out all kinds of stories. You should “cum” to my shows. After a Jill Scott show, most people get splendidly laid by whoever they came with…”

Now, I’m not one to get worked up over the salacious scandal(s) of Jill’s career, but in so many words, let me tell you 3 things that Jilly was really saying when she did, what she did…

#1. Jill’s simulated sex act was a loud cry for help.

Jill Scott is in a lotta’ pain, y’all. And the source of said pain is her quandary over not knowing why she can’t find “Mr. Right”. And this might sound particularly melodramatic, but I can almost see her staring out of a wide window most evenings and thinking, okay, I’m obviously talented and rich, and I bump into men who tell me I’m beautiful all the time—so, where’s my man? And Jill’s display of oral gymnastics was a public attempt at finding him.

#2. Jill’s simulated sex act, unbeknownst to her, makes her look more masculine than feminine.

Now, originally this series focused on the “Dora Milaje-like” “buzz-cutted” hairstyles that Marvel’s Black Panther movie glorified. And the last post in this series had me writing specifically about Sanaa Lathan’s Netflix movie, “Nappily Ever After”. But my diatribes about sistas with short hair cuts wasn’t just about hairstyles, but the connotations that go along with them. Now, I noticed as of late, Jill has also started donning a short hair style (upper left), and once again I must say, this will dissuade the majority of men from looking at her in the context of a woman they wanna’ be in a long-term relationship with or being someone they wanna’ be married to. Now ladies, am I saying that I wanna’ see more Black women wearing weaves?

HELL NO!

I’m saying that long locks, or a long “natural” will make you look more feminine, and will make you more appealing to men in general, than a short, buzz-cut-of-a-hairdo, that makes you look like you don’t have any hair to style AT ALL.

#3. Here’s why feminists will encourage Jills behavior.

white feminists especially will laud and applaud Jill for what she did for not one, but 3 reasons, and they are: 1.) white women know that Black women making themselves look over-sexed, makes them look more masculine, while making white women look more feminine. 2.) white women know the cultural currency associated with femininity, and they at all costs wanna’ keep that for themselves, while telling Black women that they’re “sisters in the struggle”. 3.) the modern-day white women knows what kind of disadvantage she’s at with Black female curves becoming the norm (that’s why they’re injecting silicone into their lips and butts). So, whitey’s being portrayed as the archetypal/stereotypical, demure, fragile flower-of-a-woman, is one way, they can maintain their coveted status as the world’s prettiest (and most feminine) female.

Now, I said I’d list “3” things Jill was saying when she performed that simulated sex act, but there’s one mo’ thing I’d be remiss for not sayin’, so let’s go for 4…

#4. Jill’s simulated sex act said that she can’t find a “good” Black man to date or marry.

Now, there’s a large contingency of (swirling) sistas who’re thinkin’, welp, if Jill really wants to find “Mr. Right”, she needs to stop dating/marrying brothas. And to that I’ll say this: once I dated a sista who showed me that she really wanted to be in a relationship—and this woman even pointed out an older Black couple, and said she fancied that for herself. A couple of weeks later, we had a disagreement about which movie we’d see, and behind that, this woman let loose a tirade of every negative Black male stereotype you could think of, towards me. Mind you, not only did she have this kinda’ pernicious stockpile deeply embedded in her subconscious, but as a result, she felt she should be the head of a household, over a man. Needless to say, I moved on.

Now, a lot of Black women are probably reading this and thinking, well, just ‘cause Jill might be that way around Black men, don’t mean she’s gonna’ comport herself like that around white, and non-Black men. Now, if you’ve read my previous editorials about this subject, I say several times that at least half of Black women are so subconsciously hard-wired to act this way around Black men, they can’t help but act the same way around white or non-Black ones. And you shouldn’t take my word for this, just ask Halle Berry.

And let me also say, that this is one of the dysfunctions I talked about, that have been bred into us. Meaning, you can’t talk about this state-of-mind in some Black women, without talking about the white fascist machinations in america, that created this. Again, NONE OF OUR DYSFUNCTIONS ARE NATURAL TO US—THEY’VE ALL BEEN CONDITIONED INTO US BY aMERICA’S SOCIAL ORDER!

Still, I can hear some sistas saying, bruh—you don’t know that this is what Jill’s suffering from—she might be the sweetest, most complicit domestic partner a Black man could want. And her failed relationships could all be the fault of these low-life brothas. And to that I say, Jill never saw her mother in a successful relationship with a Black man, so she has no real point of reference for maintaining one. Mind you, I believe in my heart of hearts, that Jill desperately wants a successful relationship with a Black man, but the household she grew up in, not only taught her how to work against that, but it taught her that any man she’s married to (a Black man especially) should be subservient to her in a household. And no real man is gonna’ agree with this.

And what makes this malady even more insidious, is the fact that this is all embedded in Jill’s subconscious—thus, she’ll probably never recognize the problem on that level, and she’ll never do the work to resolve it.

Now, with all that said, I’m still hoping one day Jill meets that “Mr. Right” Black man—but until she does the subconscious work to resolve the issues she has with us, her relationships with Black men, will never work. Moreover, because she’s so successful in other areas of her life, I doubt that she’ll ever feel a need to change much of anything about herself—especially on any kind of mental level(s).

Thus, even with a sliver of hope for Jill finding Mr. Right, I’m kinda’ closing my file on the crush I once had on her. Cause not only is she portraying herself as damaged goods, but she’s role-modeling this type of behavior for younger Black women.

And that’s something none of us should support.

Later…

P.S.

Now, the vid clip of Jill giving her mic a simulated “job”, is too debauched for me to post here, but the vid I will post, is one of her being inebriated while documenting the moment on social media.  And I’m not trying to promote the YouTuber, “Just Shenanigans”, but this is the best vid (and commentary) I found, dealing wit’ Jill’s fiascoes. And one last thing I’d like to say about Jill and the modern-day, strong, independent, “I don’t need no man”, type of sista, is that Jill’s dysfunctional state, is where the embrace of white fascist mores about Black men (i.e. white feminism) will lead you. And this involves keeping you in 3 states of being, and those are (again): 1. well-paid, 2. over-sexed, and 3. alone.

P.P.S.

*Addendum 11/29/18: Family, once again, Id be remiss, if I didn't show yall this: Here's the official trailer for the movie Baggage Claim, where, as I wrote earlier, Jill plays some tramped-out, harlot-of-an-airline-stewardess. Now, I want you to pay particularly close attention to the opening of this clip, more specifically, the parts starting @ 0:19 til' 0:29. This is the part where Jill, as the trampy stewardess says: If you need a man honey, I can get you one of those... She then beckons the male bar attendant, and right afterwards, the white guy in the bunch says, Why don't you marry Gayle? If she goes a week without waxing her mustache, theyll think its Steve Harvey.

Now, heres what the white guy (who represents white men in general) is really saying about Gayle/Jill—hes stating that in a man's mind, an over-sexed woman, equates to a hyper-masculine woman. And thats cause no man wants to think that the female hes dating, has had more sex partners than hes had. And mind you, Paula Pattons character states emphatically that its not a man she needs, its a husband. This is making a clear distinction between a woman who men deem worthy of marriage, and a woman who's strictly relegated to the one-night stand”, or jump-off status quo.

The gospel of white fascism (Part 23)...What do Jill Scott, Halle Berry and Black Men's Right's Activists (BMRA's) have in common? (Special Thanksgiving week edition)

To the readers of this Blog: I need to remind everyone who cared enough to read this, that I always regret neglecting my duties here—but what I can promise is I'll always be back better and more focused than when and where I left off. Again, everyone's busy, so there's no excuse for the dearth of posts here lately. But I ask that you hang in there with me, cause I'm planning to expand this Blog in ways I'm sure everyone will enjoy. So do stay tuned, cause a project I've been contemplating for years is nearly finished—and you definitely won't want to miss this. Also, you can imagine after such a long absence, I've got a lot to say—thus, this post may be a tad long-winded—and that's something else I regret, but trust that you won't be bored by this editorial. And in the end, as always, you'll definitely learn something.

And once again, to everyone who cared enough to come back to this Blog, I sincerely say thank you, thank you and thank you!

Now, with that outta' the way—let's get down...

Jill Scott was born on April 4th, 1972 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She grew up an only child in North Philly and was raised by her mother and grandmother. And according to published reports, Jill recalls having a “happy childhood”.

After graduating from the 'Philadelphia School for Girls', Jill attended Temple University. There, she majored in secondary education and planned to become an English teacher. Unfortunately, after a couple of years of being a teacher's “aide”, she found herself unhappy with the position and left school. Afterwards, Jill worked a variety of odd jobs to make ends meet, up to and including: retail positions, construction site administration and working in an ice cream parlor.

From an early age, Jill says she had a love of singing and performing, and she began plying her trade at local poetry readings, where she'd showcase her work. Eventually, Amir “Questlove” Thomposon, the drummer from the Hip-Hop band, “The Roots”, heard one of Jill's soliloquies—then, he heard her sing. Shortly thereafter, he began collaborating with her in the studio. This resulted in a co-writing credit for Jill on The Roots song, “You got me”. The song went on to win a Grammy in 2000, for “Best Rap Performance by Duo or Group”.

A short time later, Jill worked with the likes of Eric Benet, Common, and Will Smith. But it was her meetings with Jazzy Jeff (Will Smith's Jazzy Jeff), and her recordings in his studio, 'A Touch of Jazzy Studios', that really got a buzz going around her music. And all of this resulted in Jill securing a spot on a touring production of the play, “Rent”, in Canada.

And behind the aforementioned goings-on, Jill was the first artist signed to music svengali, Steve McKeever's “Hidden Beach Recordings” label. Jill's debut album, “Who is Jill Scott” included the song, “Long Walk”—and it was this song, which she'd cut in Jazzy Jeff's studio, that ultimately catapulted her career into it's current celebrity status.

Since then, Jill's expanded her repertoire of creative endeavors to include several acting roles in movies like, 2007's “Why Did I get Married?” and 2014's “Get On Up”. And she's also done some TV roles, like “The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency” for 'HBO', as well as making an appearance on NBC's, “Law and Order”.

Maria Halle Berry was born on August 14th, 1966 in Cleveland, Ohio and her name was legally changed to Halle Berry at age five. Her white mother Judith Ann was a psychiatric nurse, and her father Jerome Jesse Berry was an African-american attendant working at the same hospital.

Halle's parents divorced when she was four years old, and from that point on, she and her sister Heidi were raised by their mother. Halle recounted the tumultuous years of her parent's marriage in the press, saying she continually witnessed her father being abusive to her mother. Also, Halle was quoted as saying in published reports that she'd been estranged from her father since her parents divorced. “I haven't heard from him,” Halle was quoted as saying, “...maybe he's not alive.”

In high school Halle was a cheerleader, honor student, editor of her school newspaper and prom queen. While studying in Cayahoga Community College, she entered several beauty contests. She had previously won the 'Miss Teen' beauty pageant in 1985 and she'd also won the 'Miss Ohio' pageant in 1986. She was also the first Black woman to enter the 'Miss World' beauty pageant in 1986 (maybe this matters to someone, so I thought I'd include this bit of info.). There she came in sixth place.

Halle went to New York to pursue an acting career in 1989 and quickly ran out of money after she arrived. Behind this, she briefly slept in a homeless shelter. During this time, she did land a role in the short-lived TV series 'Living Dolls' which was shot in NYC. During the taping of Living Dolls, Halle lapsed into a coma and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. After she recovered, she continued working on the TV series before she moved to Los Angeles where she went on to have a recurring role in the television series, 'Knots Landing'.

Now, we all know how the rest of Halle's story goes in terms of her film career—her movie debut was in Spike Lee's 'Jungle Fever' in 1991, and afterwards she was in the movie 'Strictly business'. She eventually went on to play roles in other flicks like: 'Catwoman', 'Swordfish', 'Monster's Ball', etc. But this post is dedicated to looking at Halle's relationship fiascoes.

Most recently, Halle and Oliver Martinez had filed for a divorce. As a result, their lawyers hashed out how their assets would be divided. Mind you, this is Halle's third failed marriage and she has two kids by different fathers. With that said, here's where I wanna' point out what Jill and Halle have in common.

Now, I remember one documentary I saw featuring Jill Scott, where she talked about being disciplined by her mother, Joyce, for some misdeed she'd done as a child—and how, according to Jill, her mother swung back her open hand and slapped her unconscious.

Mind you, this runs completely counter to Jill's talks of a “happy” childhood. Also, Jill's mother, on a different documentary talks about a pre-adolescent Jill, sneaking into bars to watch female “Go-Go” dancers perform. And when Jill's mother questioned her about what she wanted to do with her life, a young Jill declared: “I wanna' be a Go-Go dancer.” What I'm attempting to convey here, is that unbeknownst to Jill, she's suffered deep traumas in her life, which affect her relationships with men to this day. One of which, was growing up without a father.

Now, in Halle's case, she fully understands the kind of trauma she comes from, but she's clueless as to how to recondition herself out of it. Thus, she continues, and ultimately will keep being in unsuccessful relationships because of it.

But back to Jill...

Earlier this month, Jill filed for divorce from her husband, Mike Dobson, who she'd been married to for 13 months. And Mike came out publicly saying: “She’s got issues. There’s no men in that family, there’s only women. And when a man comes in, it’s like a challenge.” He added, “She’s made other men look bad, but I’m not the one. I said (to her) you’ve met your match.” She likes to have men that she can control. You’re not gonna control me. What’s right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong.”

Now to that, I'll say this: In my heart of hearts, I believe that Jill (and Halle) both want to find “good” Black men they can marry and live happily ever after with.

Now, I can hear the Black men reading this sayin', c'mon bruh, that's more of that “simptastic” stuff you “Pro-Black, Hotepin', Black Nationalist” brothas are known for.

And trust me, I do get where these brothas are comin' from.

Still, I need everyone to understand, I think Jill (and Halle), based on their words and deeds, sincerely want to find and be with that one 'good' Black man for the rest of their lives—consciously. Now, question is: what are these sistas thinking subconsciously?

What I'm saying is, both Jill and Halle are sistas who are conditioned to hate Black men subconsciously—and they don't know it.

And that means what?

It means, they've been so conditioned to despise Black men, that they'll never be in a successful relationship with one—period. Moreover, if they ever recognize this problem at subconscious levels, because of their success (i.e. the recognition of white folks), they'd never do the work necessary to recondition themselves out of their hatred for us.

And this is no theory, cause I've seen this happen plenty of times in my own life. One stark example of this was a particular Black woman who I knew a decade ago—(more like two decades ago *smiles*), who I'll call “Tamira”. Now, men found Tamira exceptionally attractive. But she couldn't understand for the life of her, why she wasn't in any long-term relationships. She'd ask out loud: “How come I don't have a man? Even the ugly women have men.”

Unfortunately what this woman didn't know, was every time she'd start seeing a brotha regularly, within a month, she'd start saying some of the most egregiously offensive things to him, and she'd drive him away. And she had no idea she was doing this. That's how conditioned she was to hate Black men—subconsciously. Now consciously, when I knew her, she'd just got finished reading the autobiography of Malcolm X. And she would tell me how it felt like Malcolm was talking directly to her as she read those pages. Now, I contacted this woman recently—and she's still got the same opinion of Black men. And sadly, she'll take her opinion of us, and the consequences that go with it, to the grave.

And that's but one example of how much more powerful the subconscious mind is, compared to our conscious minds.

Now, this encapsulates the dilemma of Black men who are progressive, gainfully-employed, relationship and marriage-minded, and who prefer to date Black women exclusively—question is: can we find a Black woman who's not conditioned to hate Black men? And unfortunately, I have to say, the overwhelming majority of Black women are.

Now, I can see sistas pursing their lips and saying—please—the ratio of Black women to men is like 4 to 1. So any sane, sober and financially secure Black man shouldn't have a problem finding a respectable Black woman to be with. But again, what you're not factoring into this equation is that 9 out of 10 Black women feel the same way “Tamira” does. And what's worse is, they don't know it.

Now, let me throw another question out there for Black women to consider. If you knew you were conditioned to hate Black men—would you care? Additionally, would you care enough to recondition yourself out of that mental state?

Mind you, if you're a Black woman reading this, who subscribes to the tenets of “swirling”, then I already know the answer to that one.

Now, according to Census Bureau statistics, the percentage of Black women married to white men is at 0.3%. And I can already hear swirling sistas saying, that's a crock—as a Black man, you've picked the lowest percentage rate that you could find, cause you guys are mad that so many sistas are dating white men. And actually, I say to those sistas, that you should find love wherever you can get it—cause truthfully, it's better that you date outside our ethnic group, since your types are toxic to our community.

Now, not only did I get the aforementioned stats from the census bureau, but I see Black women's collective frustrations at not being able to get into long-term relationships or marriages with more white men. One prime example of this, is a novel from the “Black Women white Men” (BWWM) genre—and the book's title is: “Just marry me already”.

This gives voice to the quandary Black women are in about why more white and non-Black men, won't get into relationships and/or marriages with them, even in the wake of TV shows like “Scandal” and “How to get away with murder”. And please understand, I'm not talking about how many sexual encounters a Black woman's had with white and non-Black men—I'm talking about being in relationships with them.

Case in point, I was talking with one Black woman who made it her business to tell me that she's dated several white men. And when I asked her what those experiences were like, this Black woman became hyper-animated, before blurting out: “Well, you're not gonna' like what you hear, but they treated me better. They took me out more, and they bought me things...” Then I replied, “Well, why aren't you still with one of them?”

*crickets*

Now, oddly enough, I know a method that would have white and non-Black men marrying Black women at three and four times the rate they are now. And for any Black women who's interested, I'll share that secret with you—and the secret's this: Black women should go out of their way to be lady-like around Black men.

Now I can really hear the boo's and hisses behind this suggestion. And if you're a Black woman reading this, you're probably thinking or saying, bruh, you just want us to act more respectfully around Black men, so we can foster more relationships with them. And that's true. But, this would not only get more of you in long-term relationships with us, but with every other kind of man.

Here's why...

If white and non-Black men saw more of you being congenial, less combative and abrasive, demure and quieter around us, they'd consider more of you for longer-termed relationships and marriages. But because they see more of you than not being condescending, insulting and foul-mouthed around us, what they think to themselves is—man, I'd never get into a relationship with one of them. I'd have sex with them, but they're just not marriage-material.

Moreover, I remember a Black woman who frequented this Blog who called herself “Nina”. And she claimed to like the theme of Black Nationalism on this Blog so much, that she wanted to start one herself. Then, she asked me for pointers about creating and curating a Blog. After I gave her said “pointers”, she started her Blog, and straight away I noticed how she'd aggrandize Black women, while using the most excoriating language when it came to Black men. And in one particular instance when I called her on it, and told her I'm trying to heal the rift between Black men and women so we can form more families, she wrote back: ”The rift between Black men and women is irreparable, and the campaign to save the Black nuclear family is dead.”

I was shocked.

When I asked her why she'd ask me for pointers on starting this kind of Blog if that's how she she felt, her response was: “Who else was I gonna' ask?”

So if you're a Black woman reading this, especially if you're saying there's no good Black men out there, you really need to do some soul-searching to see if you subscribe to the tenets of hating Black men yourself. And once again, to swirling Black women, if you've done that soul-search and come to the realization that you really wanna' be with white and non-Black men exclusively, I just ask one favor—and that's this...if you find yourself between white and non-Black men to date and mate with, just double and triple your efforts to be with one. Whatever you do, PLEASE DON'T DATE A BLACK MAN!

Here's why...

What I've noticed about at least a third of Black female swirlers—and half of Black females period, is that unbeknownst to them, consciously, they're still physically attracted to Black men. And when the well runs dry in regards to white and non-Black men for them to date and mate with, at least half of them will resort to dating a Black man so they won't be alone.

Now, what always winds up happening is, this Black woman who's conditioned to hate Black men, will proceed to be condescending, abrasive and insulting to this Black man, and eventually, the brotha leaves.

And what happens after this is the same Black woman will use the brotha's departure to reinforce reasons why Black men can't handle a strong Black woman, and why there's no good Black men.

Conversely, the brotha's thinking, there's no way I'll ever date a sista again. So what this swirling sista just did, and is doing, is lessening the pool of available brothas who genuinely want to be with Black women.

Now, let me also tell you how anglophilic brothas contribute to this as well...

The other day, I watched two videos about Jill's break-up that were curated by brothas who consider themselves, “Black Men's Rights Activists” (BMRA's). Now, I essentially like the mission-statement of BMRA's, cause what they say is that no Black woman, or woman period, should get in the way of a Black man attaining his goals and/or reaching a point of financial security. And that's completely positive.

Moreover, I know of a young brotha who subscribes to the tenets of BMRA's named “Kevin”—I call him “Kev”, and this brotha is not only educated, but he's smart and has a lot of information on our ancient ancestors, that would benefit our Diaspora. So because of him, whenever I listen to BMRA's, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt—but everytime I do, I realize why I'd never be one of them.

Here's why...

Yesterday, I clicked onto two vids by brothas with the YouTube handles of “BGS IBMOR” and “Oshay Duke Jackson”. And these brothas are considered to be two leaders of this movement.

Now, their take on the Jill Scott divorce was that Jill's husband, Mike, was a “bi@ch” cause he basically married Jill for her money. And now that she's divorced him, they say, his rants are sour grapes over his not getting any loot out of the deal.

Moreover, Oshay makes it a point to say: “...gone are the days where Black men are willing to build their own empires...today's Black man is looking to cohabitate with a rich woman to build his empire...”

Now, if Oshay would have done five minutes worth of research, he'd have found out about brothas like, Shareef Abdul-Malik, the founder of “We Buy Black” which is the largest online marketplace for Black-owned businesses, or Darial Clewis, the CEO of “Blaqspot”, which is a social networking site that is our community's alternative to “Facebook” and “YouTube”—and these are just two examples I'm giving you off the top of my head.

Also, many sistas out there might have the same opinion of Jill's former husband—which is, he only married Jilly for her money.

Now, one thing these new millennium negroes failed to realize is this...Jill said that being in a marriage with Mike was “dangerous”. And there's several ways we can take her comment—first, we can take this to mean that Jill's former husband Mike, was physically abusive towards her. But, any Black man with a bit of common sense knows that if any one of us puts his hands on a (Black) woman, the first thing that woman's gonna' do is call the cops. So if Mike had laid his hands on Jill, he'd be in jail right now. Another way to look at Jill's comment is that Mike was taking or selling drugs, and quite frankly, he's too fat to be a drug user, and if he were a drug dealer, he'd probably have more money than he does now—and more than likely, he wouldn't wanna' heighten his profile by marrying a celebrity.

So let me help these brothas out—what Jill meant by Mike's being “dangerous”, is he had the audacity to not let himself be abused by a woman who made more money than him. Mike said that there aren't any men in that family, just women. Meaning, Jill was raised thinking that any and every man, especially every Black man, should be complicitous and totally deferential to any and every Black woman. And Mike's speaking out against that, should be what these BMRA's are focused on.

Mike is a man. And he's got no qualms about letting Jill and everyone else know it.

So what Mike was really saying is, the fact that Jill's got more money than him, is not gonna' change him. And this should be applauded. But it just goes to show that these BMRA's are really anglophiles dressed up as proud Black men. And let me ask anyone out there a question: if you think that Black men are no longer out to build their own empires, but are only interested in shacking up with rich women, then how could you not hate yourself for being a Black man? Moreover, if Black men and women keep talking about our dysfunction outside of the context of the white fascism that created it, how could we not hate ourselves for being Black?

But more importantly, I need every Black man and woman reading this to know that this was the plan white fascists had for us, up to and especially after we fell for the trick of integration.

Now, you might be thinkin'—damn bruh, not everything's a conspiracy. And what does integration have to do with this?

Welp, you need to understand that under segregation, especially in places like 'The Black Wall Street', our people were getting too powerful. It's said about the Black Wall Street that the town's economic infrastructure was so robustly strong, that one of our dollars could circulate literally 100 times in that community, before it went elsewhere.

So after integration got us to walk away from our businesses—and by the way, the question you're probably asking yourselves is: If our people are so smart, than can you tell me why we walked away from our businesses bruh?

Well, the answer lies in the same reason Jill and Halle are having such difficulties being in successful relationships with “good” Black men—or any kind of man for that matter—it's cause the white fascist social order we grew up in conditioned us to hate ourselves more than any other kind of person on the planet, since we have the most genetic power to breed whites out of existence. And while doing that, they programmed us to think of all white people as divine—just like jesus.

Ya' dig?

So here's the real question: Once integration got signed into law, what wouldn't Black people do to be closer to their real god(s)?

And post-integration, a group of white fascists decided that they would do everything in their power to disenfranchise and incarcerate Black men, while empowering Black women. Thus, they proceeded to keep Black men out of jobs and labor unions, while offering Black women gov't programs that would pay for their food, clothing and shelter—under one condition: they couldn't have a man in the house.

Now, in all fairness, every Black man and woman reading this needs to know that more than half of Black women, DIDN'T take this deal.

And for brothas who think I'm just sayin' this to get in the good graces of sistas, understand, in the 70's there was still a sliver of cohesion between Black men and women. So much so, that even in the midst of falling for the integration trick, collectively, the income of Black men, women and our families, began to stabilize and rise. And whitey couldn't have that. Thus, in the 80's, white fascists attempted to put the final nail in the coffin of the Black nuclear family with initiatives like “Reganomics”, “Crack” and “AIDS”.

So I've said all that to say this, white fascists have plotted since before I was born to keep us away from the one resource that would help us defeat them—UNITY!

Now, not only am I a Black Nationalist, but I'm also a “realist”. And realistically, I know that the overwhelming majority of Black men and women over 35, are not gonna' do the subconscious work necessary to pluck the anglophilic tendencies out of them.

So the best thing we can do is make sure our kids don't get the self-hating (mis)education we got as children. That's why our priority should be to home school our children as opposed to sending them to P.S. (pick a number) in american neighborhoods.

Fortunately, a lot of us are currently doing that, and there are Black homeschooling networks dedicated to this goal. I've supported some of these schools in the past, and I suggest any Black man or woman who wants to give our children a fighting chance at loving themselves or each other should follow suit. And if you can't donate any money, then donate your time. And I'll dedicate future posts to this topic.

So once again, UNITY is the answer y'all—and there is NO QUESTION!

Later...

P.S.

Here's Jill talking about her disliking of "inter-ethnic" or interracial dating, and it's effects on Black women. Mind you, this is a prime example of how Jill feels consciously, while not understanding how much she's conditioned to hate Black men subconsciously.

The gospel of white fascism (Part 1)...Polygamy, 'open' relationships and the reason Brother Polight has five wives...

"...sitting here contemplating if we should even be, see I'm in love with a man who loves me, for me he'd do anything easily, oh his heart knows no boundaries...but he needs sometimes, to write with a different pen, on different paper."
--Excerpt from the song, 'The Lighthouse' by Jill Scott

Recently, I watched an interview with the singer Jill Scott that was broadcast on New York's 'Power 105' radio station. She was on their early morning talk show called the 'Breakfast Club'.

Now, I've had a crush on Jill for the better part of a decade and a half, so I settled in to listen to what she had to say. And in this interview, she waxed philosophic on her recent tour and her past relationships. And I'm always curious to know whether she's gotten married or is currently in a relationship. Turns out, she's in neither situation.

And it was towards the end of the interview, that she recited the words from her song, 'The Lighthouse', that I've written at the beginning of this post.

Now, these words and this song are basically endorsing the tenets of 'open' relationships. But I can't say Jill is the only one endorsing this, cause I think the majority of us know how Will and Jada-Pinkett Smith and Monique co-sign on this particular lifestyle too. A moment later, I reminded myself that all these people are white fascist freemasons and they're just carrying out the agenda of their white handlers. Mind you, they need to do this to maintain their celebrity status and stay in the good graces of those fraternities.

But even after reciting these lyrics, Jill seemed genuinely hurt and perplexed by the fact that she couldn't figure out why she's been single for so long. I myself always thought Jill, with her New Bohemian/Earth Mother vibe and air of exquisite femininity, would have easily fell into a decades long marriage by now. Then I had to remind myself again, of the main principle in the 'Willie Lynch letter' (if you don't know what this is, google it); and that is how white fascists must keep the Black woman away from the Black man.

So behind the Willie Lynch letter, Black men and women have been fed study diets of self-hatred in the american social order. And as a result of being taught to hate ourselves and each other, the rates of being single for both Black men and women are above 60%.

Now, even though Jill seems deeply affected by being single, I hope she understands, for her sake, how her participation in the white fascist agenda behind writing and reciting those lyrics, is directly related to her difficulties maintaining a stable relationship.

So one fact should be emphatically clear when Black men and women listen to celebrity interviews like this, and that is: the american social order has been engineered to destroy the relationship between Black men and women, with the end-goal of killing off the Black 'nuclear' family entirely.

Now, as an antidote to this, some Black 'conscious' activists have suggested that the we look into 'polygamy' as a viable alternative to traditional 'western-cultured' marriages.

And within the ranks of Sa Neter's 'House of Konsciousness' (HOK), the person chosen to exemplify this more than any other, is Brother Polight.

Now, Brother Polight has taken over the top spot as the leader of the religious order of 'Nuwaupians', and has succeeded the likes of their former cult leader, Dr. York. And Brother Polight currently has five wives. Now, I wanna' make one thing emphatically clear, this is a choice these adults fully consented to, and if Brother Polight can afford to have five wives who agree to that arrangement, then hopefully, they can overcome any travails that come with that lifestyle.

But beyond this, Brother Polight and others in the HOK say it only makes sense for us to adopt this lifestyle when the numbers of Black women are so much larger than those of available Black men.

Now, that does make a lot of practical sense...but let me tell you the real reason Brother Polight is practicing and endorsing polygamy...

Firstly, let me start off by saying that Brother Polight is a white fascist freemason himself. Now don't take my word for this, do your own research and you'll find out how you can't be a leader in the HOK, unless you are one. In addition to that, anyone studying the sordid history of Dr. York will find out he's a 33rd degree freemason. Now, if you're wondering why Dr. York is currently in prison if he's a 33rd degree mason, understand that there's a 33 and a third degree of freemasonry that's designated exclusively for white masons. Thus, they are the ones who are beyond reproach. So as a Black mason, if you fall out of the good graces of these white fascist fraternities, you have to know that you'll always be expendable to these organizations.

And to further speak on the plight of Dr. York, he was sentenced to 135 years in prison on child molestation charges and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. And I'm pretty sure everyone reading this is familiar with the Nation of Islam's Elijah Muhammad and his several affairs with women besides his wife. These trysts actually created several children. And this resulted in an air of scandal in and outside of the Nation of Islam.

Now understand, in the case of Brother Polight, the white fascist fraternities who control the HOK picked him because of his high I.Q. And I'll say myself, that Brother Polight is a genius. You can see this when he expounds on the minutiae of exotic financial instruments and the workings of the human anatomy. The speed at which he's able to elucidate and break down these concepts speaks to his exceptional mental capabilities, and this shows how he's the real deal...mentally.

But the reason(s) these white fraternities have him conforming to the polygamous lifestyle, is so Brother Polight can produce children with his same levels of mental capability. And being that the women he's doing this with are his wives, he'll have less worries about any kind of legal repercussions that befell Dr. York or Elijah Muhammad.

We also need to understand that white fascists know their Black front-persons are gonna' grow old and die. So they're always concerned about having successors to people like Al Sharpton (Dr. Umar Johnson) and Dr. York (Brother Polight). And what these white fraternities will do is pick from the mental litter of Brother Polight's children, so they can groom the best minds among them to carry out their agenda for the future.

On top of this, white fascists know that the overwhelming majority of Black women, especially ones raised in a western culture, aren't gonna' agree to an open relationship or a polygamous one. Even if they verbally agree to it, in their hearts, they'll feel slighted by having to share a man with another woman, or other women. Thus, the majority of these arrangements amongst Black people in the western world will ultimately fail.

So essentially, these arrangements are just another method of keeping the Black man and women in failing relationships...just like Jill Scott.

Now, let me make one more thing emphatically clear, if a Black woman is born and raised in a culture that endorses polygamy, she'll have more of a chance at being successful in these kinds of arrangements. So all these relationships are not doomed to fail. But once again, any Black women born into a paradigm of traditional western-cultured relationships, is not likely to thrive in this kind of environment.

So if you're a Black man or woman reading this, think twice before you take the leap into one of these kinds of arrangements. Especially if you site Brother Polight as an example of this being able to work. Understand why open and polygamous relationships are being mainstreamed, especially towards our community, so you can make a more informed choice as to whether or not you wanna' be in one.

Trust me, your future happiness and the Black Diaspora's fate will depend on it.

Ma'at Hotep.

P.S.

I'm renaming the 'gospel of white supremacy' Blog post series, the 'gospel of white fascism'. This is because I'm realizing if Black men and women keep repeating mentally or verbally, the term 'white supremacy', it's gonna' embed itself into our subconscious without us realizing it. And the last thing we need is more negative subliminal messages. We've gotten enough of those in the american (mis)educational system.

3 ways Jill Scott, and Black women, can attract a 'marriage-minded' Black man (Part 2)...Why blame whitey for Black dysfunction?

Originally, I was planning a different topic for this week's post...that was until a comment from a Black woman named 'Saquorya', was made on my last one.

And usually I make my responses in the comment section of this Blog; but this woman's comments were so timely, that I had to respond right away. And I didn't think the limited space in my Blog's comment section, would do my answer, or this debate, justice.

So what I’m gonna’ do here, is present the opening lines of her comment, to get this debate going, 'cause there's a lot to cover. 'Saquorya' wrote: 'My ex husband and I had a discussion. Now, in all this eradication of harmful psychological torment that was heaped on us, we missed something else, what then are women/men supposed to do in relationships, what are their roles and responsibilities? I mean let's be frank we were raised by parents who are also products of the same harmful system so we cannot eradicate everything. So we then have re-learn what our roles are because if they aren't to hate each other than what are they? Most men grow up ill-equipped to take on fatherly/husband roles whereas girls are more equipped to handle momoherhood.'

Now, I want to focus on Saquorya's statement saying: So we then have (to) re-learn what our (men and women's) roles are, because if they aren't to hate each other, then what are they?

And if she's reading this, I'd like to say firstly, and emphatically, that Black men and women, don't need to 're-learn' our roles; what we need to do is re-condition ourselves out of the self-hatred that white fascists have force-fed into us, in the disguise of an 'american education'. 'Cause once we do this, the cohesion between the Black man and woman will return, and the stable Black 'nuclear' families created by this, will teach us our right roles again. That is, if we choose to do the work to reclaim our 'right minds'.

Here's another part of her comment: 'It (the white fascist system) cripples black men from really seeing they have issued they need to face to run deeper than do you hate black women. Black men are insecure and seem to lack headship skills a d knowledge to stand comfortably and confidently in his role. Where can u learn that? If not from God?'

More of her comment: 'I watched my ex (leave) from my brand new truck I bought myself, my Anne Klein dress with matching shoes and my handbag and hair that is natural in them middle of my back and we'll kept for: (for) an overweight woman who had tats, piercings everywhere she was unkempt and smelled of weed. She had four screaming kids in the back seat of her truck whose back window was gone and had a trash bag as a substition for a window.'

And she continues to speak on how her ex-husband was completely dysfunctional: 'I dress well I am complement and stared at often and told how modestly beautiful I am. That is what, awesome people the ability to attract with modesty. Yes it is possible. My husband called thus bourgeois I liked to dine in nice restuarants.i was bourgeois. I enjoy travel and different cultures. That made me bourgeois. I also cooked different t foods and have an insatiable appetite for learning and achieving things. I was bourgeois for that too. My husband saw fit to abuse me because he felt his woman was the only thing he had the right to control.'

Now, I think the best way for me to answer, or address these questions/comments, are with the last few questions I posed to Black women on my last post.

So, in regards to this, my first question to 'Saquorya', will be: Do you know who you're attracting and who you're attracted to?

And Saquorya, if you're reading this, what I mean is, there's no way you could meet, date, fall in love with and ultimately marry a Black man that was this dysfunctional, without coming from some kind of dysfunctional household, or background yourself. There's no way you should’ve been married to someone who was nothing like you.

Cause a 'universal truth' is: we ultimately attract people who have traits that we ourselves, possess.

Now, I am sorry to hear that you were abused in this relationship, 'cause no one deserves that; but, if you're upper-scale, articulate, world-traveled and morally upstanding, you're not going to attract, or be attracted to, an under-educated, oversexed and abusive Black man. Meaning, a past trauma of yours, is what led you to date and marry this person.

Now, this leads me to some other questions I posed on my last post: Do you have a good relationship with your father? Was he in your life the majority of the time?

And if you've answered no to these questions, then you can't tell me, you weren't thinking the worst about Black men before you met your ex-husband. And this manifested in the relationship you had with him. And if you're saying, well, if I had a more responsible father in my life, I wouldn't hold these beliefs about Black men; I want to remind you how I detailed in my last post, how white fascists, especially through the educational system, not only conditioned us to hate ourselves, but everyone who looks like us. So I can't see how you can just dismiss this as not having any effect on the current dysfunction we see in Black men, or Black people on the whole. Especially in terms of Black male and female relationships.

Now, let me remind you again, how you view every Black man without exception, you wrote: 'Black men are insecure and seem to lack headship skills a d knowledge to stand comfortably and confidently in his role. The headship arrangement is where black men are crippled. He doesn't know anything about his role and how to exercise that role. Men typically are uninvolved with sticking to principles that would provide his family with a better standards or living and a set of morals to live by to make his family productive, but black men are flagrantly absent in this part of a relationship.'

Now, going into a relationship with this attitude towards all Black men, is it any wonder why you had a bad relationship with your ex-husband? And I know for a fact, the household you came from must have fostered the opinions you have of Black men before you met your ex-husband. A woman doesn’t draw these kinds of conclusions on the whole of Black men, after one relationship.

Here's another exerpt of what you wrote: 'To be frank I am sick of hearing what the white system has done. Why? Because when a person repeats victimologies he stays a victim and is powerless to change. I am sick of black men leaning on this same ideologies, not that it' isn't true, but it seems like this explanation of what whites did is more like a crutch now.'

And my response to this is, if you yourself say it's true that this white supremacist system is completely dedicated to our people's destruction, then how can you just dismiss this as a 'crutch' for Black men? The reason you have so much of a problem with all Black men, is because of the dysfunction conditioned into them by this same white system. Remember, everything Black men and women are taught, damn near since they start walking, has conditioned, and is continually conditioning us to hate everything about ourselves and each other.

And again, knowing all of this, why are you so willing to forgive the white fascists who created it?

And when you say people tell you you're good looking, and you wear matching Anne Klein dresses and shoes, and you have a new truck...understand, these things don't impress a 'marriage-minded' Black man. 'Cause this financially and emotionally secure man DOESN'T NEED ANY MATERIAL THING FROM YOU! He's already got these material things...that's why he's marriage-minded.

What he's looking for in a woman, is someone who's peaceful and non-judgmental; someone who'll give him the benefit of the doubt in case something does go wrong, and someone who believes he can fix a problem if one arises. And here's another question I have to ask you: judging by what you've written, are you really capable of doing that for any marriage-minded Black man?

See, the head inbreds I call white fascists, want us to obsess over material things; so when you say you're natural hair is 'down your back', this smacks of something an anglophile, not a marriage-minded Black man, would be impressed by. Again, it's whitey who wants us stuck on superficial nonsense like this; a marriage-minded Black man isn't obsessing over a woman's physical features, he wants to know what you have to offer him 'emotionally', more than anything.

And here's yet another question, and the most important one I posed to Black women on my last post: ARE YOU A BLACK WOMAN WHO'S CONDITIONED TO HATE BLACK MEN?

Are you Saquorya? Do you know if you are?

And I need you to be COMPLETELY HONEST ABOUT THIS!

'Cause everything you've written, points to the fact that you’re completely conditioned to hate us.

Now, am I saying all of the dysfunction of the Black Diaspora, is all the fault of Black women? OF COURSE NOT! BUT IT'S ALSO NOT ALL THE FAULT OF BLACK MEN EITHER!

The point I'm trying to make, again, is BOTH BLACK MEN AND WOMEN, HAVE BEEN CONDITIONED TO HATE OURSELVES AND EACH OTHER...and you can't say the white fascists who did this, aren't directly responsible for our dysfunctional relationships.

Moreover, if you were to find the perfect Black man tomorrow, ultimately, your relationship with him still wouldn't work; 'cause consciously, or subconsciously, you're conditioned to hate him.

And understand, the other element of this white supremacist brainwashing, includes us ultimately forgiving white fascists for how they've decimated our minds and communities. That's why there's a church on every corner of a Black neighborhood. They want us to adopt the idea that our dysfunction has nothing to do with them. Thus, the Black Diaspora should continue to deepen the hatred for ourselves; 'cause the only conclusion one can draw behind this, is that Black people are born this way.

Now, here's the last question I have for you: ARE YOU WILLING TO CHANGE YOUR OPINION OF BLACK MEN?

'Cause if you believe there are NO good Black men out there, this will be your reality for the rest of your life.

Again, are you willing to see if you're conditioned to hate Black men, FOR REAL? And if not, you need to be completely honest about that too; so you can plan your life accordingly.

So Saquorya, I hope I've given you the answers to at least one or two of your questions; or I'm hoping I've given you some food for thought. 'Cause ultimately the message of my last post, and ultimately this Blog is, that Black people have lost everything to the self-hatred that's been bred into us by this white fascist social order.

And the riddance of this, is ultimately the only thing that'll save us.

And this is the real responsibility the Black man and woman has to themselves, and each other.

Hotep.
