In the past few years, I've noticed how Black Africans, Jamaicans and Haitians, have waxed philosophic about how Black americans are the dumbest of our diaspora.
This always struck me as odd 'cause I hear them saying this, but when Barack Obama was elected president, I distinctly remember how a Jamaican co-worker of mine marked his calender with that date, saying it was 'history'. I also remember how many groups of Black Africans were literally celebrating in the streets back in the motherland, feeling it was their victory too.
And it never fails that when I remind people about Barack Obama's american presidency, how some Black person will ultimately say, well...he's not really Black. Well, consider this, the day Obama was elected, a white supremacist website, 'Stormfront', crashed due to all the traffic coming through it. A week after he was elected, 'teabaggers' rallied with high powered rifles slung over their shoulders just miles away from the white house. These same teabaggers, held picket signs saying Obama's plan was 'white slavery'; as if that's any different from Black slavery...you shallow caucasians. That and the fact that this president has gotten more hate mail than any other in history, tells me Barack is Black...whether he wants to be or not!
Anyway, when I was younger, there was a long avenue filled with retail stores several blocks from my house; and at one time, the owners of a good many of these convenience stores, were Jamaican and Haitian, and there might have been one Black African owned store as well. But, I didn't see one of these stores owned by a Black american. When I was older, I wondered why this was. And I hear the sentiments of these groups saying they come to america and pass Black americans by in terms of achievement all the time. Even though, like I said earlier, we do have a Black president in this country.
A couple of years after pondering this, due to my old neighborhood being gentrified, all the retail stores that were owned by Haitians, Jamaicans and Africans, are now owned by spanish and asian people; and again, Black americans couldn't seem to own one of these stores. And once more, the reason why alluded me. But being a little older, and a little more 'conscious', I found out the reason, and here it is...
I know I keep referring to the 'Black Wall Street' in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but this area represented Black americans doing everything right, as opposed to what we're doing today. In this area, we owned literally several hundred businesses, like restaurants, grocery stores, and like it says in the picture above, even a bus system; we created a thriving economy that rivaled whitey's...and mind you, this was in the early 1900's...POST-SLAVERY!
And again, it was so successful, that whitey bombed this area in 1921.
I'm reminding you of that to say this, the reason whitey will allow Haitians, Jamaicans and Black Africans to operate a business like a retail store before Black americans, is 'cause BLACK AMERICANS WERE THE ONLY GROUP OF BLACK PEOPLE WHO SHOWED WHITEY, ESPECIALLY IN AMERICA, THAT WE COULD BUILD AN ECONOMY THAT RIVALED OR POSSIBLY EVEN THREATENED TO TAKE OVER THEIR OWN!
And I'm saying this to illustrate the fact that, for the most part, Black Haitians, have been poor for centuries and are still poor, Black Jamaicans, have been poor for centuries and are still poor; and the overwhelming majority of Black Africans, have been poor for centuries...and are still poor. Beyond this, these groups come to america looking down on Black americans and treating white people like their gods! A lot of them don't realize how white fascists have made them so destitute in their native countries, that they had to leave just to make a living...that's why they're in america.
Now, with that stated, what I'm not saying is Black americans are better than these groups, 'cause we got tricked out of our economic power base(s) in this country to follow the agenda of 'integration'...and we've been beggin' ever since!
What I am saying is, Black americans and every other kind of Black person, needs to realize what we do have in common; and that's two things...one, we're all now dependent on white fascists for our food, clothing and shelter; and two, we've all been conditioned to hate ourselves and each other.
Ya' gotta' love these inbreds!
And once again, for any person saying I'm just telling people to hate whites, I'm saying that's a crock! My message is, let's get rid of the self-hatred whites have bred into us for decades, so we can work together.
Now, whitey will always tell us one of these groups is better than the other, this way they're always assured we have no unity...and ultimately, that's how they stay in power. If Black Haitians hate Black americans, and Black Jamaicans hate Black americans, and Black americans hate Black Africans, whitey sits back and laughs at us, 'cause he knows 'Willie Lynch' was right. I've actually seen Black americans spit at Black Africans who were working in a convenience store, 'cause they weren't 'one of us'. That's lunacy.
So, what's the solution?
Again, getting rid of our collective self-hatred, is the answer to all our problems!
And once again, I'm suggesting we do this with meditative techniques at the subconscious level, but in order to even get that far, we need to realize 'consciously' how we've been conditioned to hate ourselves more than any other kind of person on the planet for nearly two decades in our collective school systems...wherever we're located!
And we need to realize the conditioning we got to hate ourselves, is ten times worse than any other ethnic group gets in the world!
I mean, could you imagine if Black Haitians, Jamaicans, Africans and americans worked together? We'd all be rich!
The main tenet of white supremacy is every single Black person must feel like they're the worst kind of person walking the face of the earth...that's the game.
Now, in order to get rid of our self-hatred, there are a few methods that will work, but one that ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT!
And, I'll share that method with you in my next post. So stay tuned...

Over the course of the last few years, I've come across my share of YouTube videos about social issues pertaining to Black people. And what strikes me as odd is, amongst Black people outside of america, the prevailing sentiment seems to be that Black americans are the dumbest of the diaspora.
I remember one instance when a Black brit was relaying this to the YouTube audience and one dark-skinned asian person agreed whole-heartedly. Now, with the history of Black brits and dark-skinned asians suffering injustices at the hands of myriad groups of british white supremacists, I was perplexed as to why they felt this way. When I challenged him on it, the Black brit basically said, that's what he was raised to believe. There were a couple of Black Africans who held these beliefs and when I reminded them how there are a good many of our people over there literally starving to death, and if that's the case, why would you call Black americans stupid? They conceded that I had a point.
There were also a few times where Haitians published these beliefs, and when I reminded these commenters that they spoke french because these are the people who ultimately conquered them, they just kind of dismissed my point. I remember one instance about four or five years ago, when white supremacists had completely devalued Haiti's currency.
I saw footage of Haitian men flipping through wads of worthless dollars, and the situation got so bad, that a good many of them resorted to literally eating dirt to survive; and the white media had footage of them doing this. But Black americans are idiots?
What I didn't understand about that situation is how Haitian citizens could be so proud of the Haitian Revolution of 1791, as they should be 'cause they defeated Napoleon's armies, but suddenly now, how they're so content to let white supremacists have their way with the island and their people. I guess the answer is during the Haitian Revolution they could physically 'see' their enemy, where as devalued currency doesn't really have a white face attached to it. Moreover, if the citizens of the island aren't the ones who had a hand in devaluing the currency in the first place, I wondered why their rebellious past didn't have them looting the stores to get what they needed. If white people are telling you your dollars are worthless, they're the ones dictating those terms...doesn't mean you have to abide by them. Why resort to eating dirt when you can do what your ancestors did, take up arms and get free. Then, when these same Haitians get to the states, they look down on Black americans and cater to whites like their gods. This still boggles my mind.
Also, there's the reasoning of Black Haitians, Jamaicans and Africans that Black americans didn't fight hard enough to get themselves out of slavery, which is the excuse they use to diss us; but they fail to realize that the reason they're in america is because white supremacists have made it impossible for them to earn a living in their country.
And when I related the facts of the recent Haitian crisis to a Black american co-worker, that person stated emphatically that Black Haitians are 'animals'. I just shook my head.
See, wherever Black people are in the diaspora, we may think we're superior to one another based on geography, but the one thing uniting us is the programming we get to hate ourselves in the white supremacist institutions of pre, middle and grade schools.
And if you're a Black man or woman reading this, whatever country you hail from, take comfort in knowing that you've never seen anything or anyone dumber in your life than one kinda' person...and that's a POOR WHITE MAN!
Now, whether you're a Black Haitian, Jamaican, Brazilian, African, etc., you have to admit that the whole of this world, especially in america, is set up for EVERY white man to win. The white male privilege is alive and well...and being squandered by many a white male on every continent. I don't know about other countries, but in america, the majority of people on public assistance or welfare are white; and it's been that way for decades. This still puzzles me.
On my way to work I pass scores of broke white men who are homeless or pan-handling in the streets and I'm like, are you that dumb-founded that you don't realize this whole country, continent and world has placed everything in your favor? Did you miss the e-mail that was sent to every white guy saying, if you only have half a brain you can lead a bountiful/wonderful life?
Not one of you can deny that this person exclusively has been given the most chance to thrive in this world, so when you pass one of these inbreds on the streets and they ask you for change, tell them to change their focus, so they can finally see and cash in their white male privilege chip(s)...this goes for gay white men too; 'cause the majority of them don't identify themselves as gay, so they still benefit from the (straight) white male privilege.
So, again, if you are a member of the Black Diaspora, and you're ever thinking about dissin' one of your own kind in another country, take a minute to ponder the plight of broke white men everywhere...and give that brotha or sista on a different shore a pass.

When I was an advocate of Tommy Sotomayor and his diatribes of Black self-hatred, I'd roam through his several hundred YouTube channels looking for his latest post.
And one sentiment I seemed to run into time and time again...which no one contested by the way, was the fact that Black americans were the most insipid and ignorant kinds of Black people in the diaspora.
This, and Uncle Tommy's rants about how much he hated Black people, eventually led me to tune him out all together.
But recently, I saw this statement on a YouTube channel that wasn't Tommy's; so I investigated the person who posted the comment. Turns out, this person was a Black Jamacian living in the UK. And in his statement he wrote: I'm a Black british educated man, and these Black americans are some of the dumbest people in the world. And one person even gave it a thumbs up...mind you, not one Black american contested or protested this statement.
As a Black american myself, I've known some Jamaicans who are very cool...and the majority of them usually are; but there's a large contingent of Black island people, i.e. Jamaicans, Haitians, dominicans, etc. who can't stand Black americans. And I'm like, what's up with that?
Now, I kinda' know what's going on here, because once anyone from outside this country gets here, they're automatically told, or it's intimated, that they shouldn't like Black americans. It's almost like, welcome to america...we all hate Black americans and you should too.
What kills me about this is, some Black immigrants don't realize they're here because the white elite has so oppressed them in their native country, that they can't make a living there.
And if Black Africans and island people feel they're so much smarter than Black americans, they should find a way to make a living in their native countries, so they can keep themselves and their families there from starving.
I remember the Amadou Diallo shooting in New York; where this young man from Africa, came home from work and undercover officers shot him dead in a hale of forty-one bullets. Those white officers didn't stop to check if Amadou was Haitian, Jamaican or African...they just saw Black and killed him.
Now with that said, Black people from the islands and Africa having a problem with Black americans, is but one more case of the 'Yakubian'/Willie Lynch 'divide and conquer' tactic white supremacists use to keep Black people apart. If you don't know who Yakub is, google him. And quite frankly, this is the 'mindstate' of the average Black person who listens to Tommy Sotomayor. Not only do they distance themselves from everything associated with the Black diaspora, but just like Uncle Tommy, they've been conditioned to hate themselves and do.
This is why I've felt the need to start something I'm calling 'Project H.E.A.R.'; this is going to be an initiative to stop all the self-hatred and schisms in the Black diaspora. Or at least my attempt to aid in its stoppage. H.E.A.R is an acronym for 'Hue-mans Erasing All Rifts'; and when I use the term 'Hue-man', I'm referring to Black people. 'Cause whether we want to believe it or not, asians, white and spanish people all hate us, either consciously or subconsciously. The sad part is, again, Black people usually hate themselves too.
Mind you, I'm not immune from the ravages of the white supremacist education I've received; I too have my own prejudices about my people that I'm reconditioning myself out of...so this is not about me pointing fingers, It's about me trying to offer practical solutions.
Project H.E.A.R. will be a multimedia endeavor that will include literature, music and video to get it's message across.
I wasn't originally gonna' include this, but as I'm writing, I've got the 'CW' televison network playing in the background. And there's a Tyler Perry 'prodco' marathon of coonery that's been on for the past twenty-five minutes. Now, I usually keep my TV tuned to a channel where I can at least 'see' Black people, so I'm not inundated with white or anglophilic images. And I've got my TV on 'mute' so I won't have to hear the minstrelsy that's passing for dialogue on Tyler's TV show. A second ago I put the sound back on, and Tyler Perry's 'House of Payne' was on the screen.
This episode is about a young, commitment-phobic Black man, who's about to be married, and his need to play video games while his Black woman-friend is on the phone making catering arrangements. When the woman says the caterer is out of chicken, the Black man wants to call off the wedding. Its these 'bafoonish' images I'm gonna' address and contest in the 'Project H.E.A.R.' initiatives.
So I hope people who enjoy my blog stay tuned for these particular posts and videos; 'cause with this 'Project', I'm going to primarily address the one subject that's caused the Black diaspora the most harm...and that's self-hatred.
And with shows like 'House of Payne'...the sooner I get these posts and videos out, the better.
