The cult of Black and white Cinematic Symbolism (Part 9)...3 reasons why Marvel comics turned Iron Man into a Black woman...

A couple of days ago, I looked at my Twitter page and came across an errant ‘tweet’ reading: ‘Exclusive: Marvel’s New Iron Man is a Black woman’.

I thought I’d read it wrong, so I looked at the tweet a second time. Then I clicked on the tweet’s link. It led me to a ‘CNN’ article stating that a new character named, ‘Riri Williams’, will be taking the place of ‘Tony Stark’ as the new face of Iron Man. Now, according to the article, Riri’s backstory is that she’s a science prodigy who enrolled in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at age 15. And she came to Tony Stark’s attention by way of building an ‘Iron Man suit’ in her dorm room.

The article was written by Lisa Respers, a Black woman who’s a senior producer for CNN’s digital entertainment space, and she’s stationed in Paris, France. And they chose Lisa to write this article, so the world would think Black women universally agree with this decision.

After shaking my head for a minute, I uttered two words to myself: “It figures.”

With that said, let me give you 3 reasons why Marvel turned Iron Man into a Black girl…

Reason#3: Iron Man being a Black girl not only reinforces the stereotype of Black females being hyper-masculine, but it also makes the white feminist ideal of single womanhood more palatable to younger Black females.

In the 80’s and 90’s especially, Black women adopted the “I don’t need no man” mantra. And this was made popular to them by america’s white fascist social order, post-integration.

Uncle S(L)am showed and proved to Black women that he’d indeed take care of their food, clothing and shelter, under one condition: They couldn’t have a man in the house. This condition fostered the sentiment that Black women could be the mother AND father of their children, which further reinforces reasons why they’d never have a need for a man in their lives.

Also, when you think of iron, you immediately think of a substance that’s cold and inflexible. And these attributes are ones that white fascists want the world’s men to ascribe to Black women. Elites want the world’s men to think of Black women as emotionally unavailable, abrasive, argumentative and ultimately, unapproachable.

And ideally, white fascists want to keep Black women in three states of being—they want to keep them well-paid, oversexed and alone. And ‘Scandal’s’ Olivia Pope is a prime example of this.

Reason#2: Making Iron Man a Black girl promotes gender confusion and homosexuality to younger Black females.

Another consequence exacted on Black americans via the white elitist trick of integration, was Black women cohabitating with other Black women as a means of forming something resembling a traditional ‘nuclear family’. And post-integration, a lot of Black girls were raised in these households. Thus, this is the only kind of family they know. And more than likely, this is the same kind of ‘family’ they’ll create as adults.

Thus, for this kind of Black girl, reading this comic or seeing a movie with this version of Iron Man in it, will reinforce reasons why they should adopt a masculine ‘nature’. And what white elites are hoping to do, is get more Black girls feeling that they not only don’t need a man, but that they’re actually men themselves.

Thus, homosexuality and gender confusion go hand-in-hand.

Reason#1: And the number one reason Marvel comics turned Iron Man into a Black girl is…in an age where so many white women are doing everything they can to look like Black women, white fascists have got to denigrate the Black woman’s femininity, so the world’s men can be kept believing that white women are still the world’s prettiest.

California based model Priscilla Caputo, seen left, paid for several collagen lip injections over the course of three years. While she thought this would boost her career, her manic obsession with bigger, fuller lips caused her to over-inflate them to inhuman looking sizes.

Now, I’ll never forget how in my freshman year of high school, a sista openly said to me, “Man, God didn’t give us nothing, he gave us big lips and nappy hair…” And I didn’t respond, cause the american (mis)educational system taught me to feel the same way.

Fast forward to today, when literally millions of white women like Priscilla are getting butt and lip injections trying to look like the very people that young sista thought God had forsaken. It boggles my mind to see pics of white women ‘twerking’ and obsessively squatting themselves off in gyms to have bigger behinds, when we were told how gross and disgusting these physical features were supposed to be.

Now, the public at large might think this is a harmless trend, but this spells trouble for white fascists. And here’s why…

white fascism has conditioned nearly everyone in the free world to think of the white woman as the epitome of feminine beauty. So what happens when this woman spends millions of dollars trying to look like another type of woman?

And let me put that in more layman’s terms—what happens when white women show us that Black women are the world's most attractive females?

I’ll tell you what happens…it not only shatters the notion of the white standard of ‘classic’ beauty, but it says that everything we’ve been taught about the white fascist status quo is a lie.

But what’s even more detrimental to white fascists than this, is how this may affect the psyche of Black women.

See, if a Black woman realizes that she’s the epitome of feminine beauty, then a woman like Olivia Pope wouldn’t allow herself to be used like a sex toy for the gratification of a white man, who she thinks is god. And if that happens, then she would give a person like Fitzgerald Grant III an ultimatum: Either marry me, or we’re done having sex. Point blank, period.

And if this happens, Black women would see God in themselves more and in white people less. Thus, she’d be more liable to fight against the same patriarchal white fascists that white feminists want her to defend. She’d also see that the overwhelming majority of white feminists were not only seeking out and marrying the same oppressive white man they’d been railing against for years, but she’d understand how white feminists only speak out against misogyny when Black men are their targets.

Additionally, a Black woman who knows that she’s the standard of feminine beauty wouldn’t want to put someone else’s hair on her own. Nor would she want to bleach her own hair or skin. And she'd stop putting colored contacts in her eyes.

But even more frightening to the elites, is a Black woman who behind liking her looks, would want to create a family that looks more like herself.

And even more threatening, is a Black woman who’d want to marry someone who looks more like herself, a Black man.

So turning Iron Man into a Black girl basically keeps a new generation of young Black women thinking that their femininity will never equal that of a white woman’s. And this in turn, keeps them thinking that the white woman’s man, the white man, is still god.

So if you’re a Black woman reading this, I hope you now know that white women are telling you emphatically by their lip and butt injections, and obsessive tanning, that YOU are the world’s prettiest woman.

But here’s the real, real question: Will you ever think of yourself that way?

Can you come up out of your conditioned self-hatred enough to see that you are being acknowledged as the world’s prettiest woman?

Cause let me tell you, it’s IMPERATIVE that you do!

And it’s not only important for your own self-esteem, but it’s necessary for the very survival of the Black Diaspora.

And like Sam L. Jackson said in the Spike Lee movie, ‘Do The Right Thing’: “That’s the double truth, Ruth.”

The cult of Black and white cinematic symbolism (Part 8)...3 reasons why Black people should stop seeing superhero movies...

In 325 A.D., the roman emperor Constantine called together a group of bishops and other heads of state to quell the internal strife amongst theological factions of the failing roman empire. This gathering held in the ancient city of Nicea, would dictate the future state of christianity and bring every other religious order under one umbrella according to Constantine’s desires.   

Once Constantine became the ruler of this decaying empire, he saw the quarrels within the church as not only being a threat to christianity, but to overall societal issues as well. And it was at this ‘Council of Nicea’ that he got all of his constituents to agree that a mythological character needed to be created in order to make their religious beliefs more tangible to the proletariat. And they agreed that this character would be named, ‘Jesus’ the Christ…or Jesus Christ.

Now, one thing I need to make emphatically clear is that the Christ ‘energy’ of the Black Spiritual Sciences (usually spelled ‘KRST’ in Medu Netcher) is very real. But it is different from a physical man named Jesus Christ, who never existed. Gnosticism is the Black Spiritual Science that predated christianity, and this spiritual system is what the romans/greeks corrupted to create the organized religious brotherhood of followers known as christians. Remember, ALL of the world’s religions were created from the ancient Black Spiritual Sciences. And as Bobby Hemmitt famously said: “Once you take the spiritual element out of our sciences, they die and become religions.”

Now, beyond the obvious reasons, I’m gonna’ show you why this is important later in this post.

With that said, let me tell you what I saw a couple of months back…

One day I walked past a comic book and novelty store in the downtown area where I work, and out of curiosity, I gawked at the covers of ‘graphic novels’ in the window. And my eyes immediately zeroed in on a Batman/Dark Knight comic with the title: ‘DK III: The Master Race’. Then I noticed how the mostly Black and white cover, had a ‘Superman’ logo dripping blood. I was like what the hell is that about?

That evening I did some research on the book’s author, Frank Miller, and found out this man is famously bigoted. One of his graphic novels in particular titled: ‘Holy Terror’, is said to be rife with his bigoted language and stereotypes. After that, I also found out that he produced other cult classic comics like ‘Sin City’, and he’s credited with creating the dour and brooding nature of today’s comic book movies.

Then, Frank’s novels got me thinking about the latest Captain America movie titled: ‘Civil War’. And here’s the subtitle I see repeatedly in posters for this movie: ‘Which side are you on?’ So there’s an abundance of white fascist language and symbolism in all these flicks.

Now, I can recall when I went to see the 2008 Batman movie, ‘The Dark Knight’. I was expecting some campy and corny affair with men running around in tights performing fantastic and supernatural acts. But to my surprise, it had a dramatic flair that held me to the narrative and had me completely engaged. After seeing the flick, I discovered that Christopher Nolan directed and wrote the film. That’s when I realized why it was so good. My favorite film directors tend to be excellent writers, and Chris is no exception. I then remembered seeing his brilliant film ‘Memento’, about a year after it was out of theaters. Now, the Dark Knight film more than any other, was the bait for adults to imbibe in these flicks. And since then, the cineplexes have been overrun with them.

And why, pray tell, would the american entertainment industry want to flood the market with this type of movie? Well, that leads me to the 3 reasons Black people should stop seeing these films altogether. So let’s go in…

Reason#3: Superhero movies are engineered to keep adults in a child-like mind-set.

In regards to what I was saying about Constantine and christianity earlier…have you ever wondered why catholic priests are often referred to as ‘father’? It’s because once you call them that, you’re immediately putting yourself in the position of a child. And what role does a father play in a relationship with his child? He is the authority figure of that boy or girl, and basically tells them what to do. And, more often than not, the child obeys without questioning the father/authority figure. And white fascists are using these movies to indoctrinate the public at large into this way of thinking. They especially want these movies to have this effect on the Black Diaspora, who has the most genetic power to breed them out of existence.   

Reason#2: Superhero movies reinforce the superiority of white people.

Repetition is the mother of learning. And the more repeatedly Black people see white men in multi-colored tights and capes, performing supernatural acts of strength and heightened mental abilities, the more we’ll believe, subconsciously, in white supremacy.

Now, understand what I’m NOT saying…I’m not saying that Black people will actually believe that the average white guy or girl can fly and punch through walls, what I’m talking about are the cumulative effects of these movies on the subconscious.

Remember, once you enter a dark movie theater and eat an assortment of snacks, your mind relaxes and goes into ‘alpha’ state. Meaning, your subconscious is more open to suggestions…thus, it’s more easily programmable. On top of that, there’s a science called ‘Neurocinematics’ that measures how specific parts of the brain react when its shown certain scenes from a movie.  And James Cameron, the man who created the film ‘Avatar’, was said to have used this science’s techniques to not only measure how effective scenes from this film were on an audience, but to tailor this film’s scenes to reach their ultimate potential in terms of influencing movie-goers.

Reason#1: And the number one reason Black people should avoid these films like the plague is…superhero movies reinforce why Black people should think of white people as gods.  

The ‘white savior’ paradigm is what’s being enforced and reinforced by the likes of organized religion and superhero movies. Now, when I spoke of the Council of Nicea and Constantine previously, what I failed to mention was all those white people knew they were the world’s ‘minority’. And if they wanted the world’s non-white majority to revere them as god(s), they’d essentially have to give them a white god, namely Jesus Christ.

See, if you’re a Black person who believes in a ‘white’ savior, then you have to see something about that savior in every white person you look at. Therefore, no matter what one white person, or group of white persons do to you, you’ll more than likely forgive them for whatever dastardly acts they’ve committed against you, and your people.

And if you look at the track record of Black people, we are the world’s GREATEST christians, cause we forgive white people for every and anything they’ve done to us.

Now, let me say what I’ve said in the past in terms of how I feel about white people, and that is…

I DO NOT HATE white PEOPLE!

Cause once you endeavor to hate anyone, that’s ultimately gonna’ result in some kind of self-hatred. And being that white fascist social orders condition Black people to hate themselves more than any other kind of person on the planet, cause we have the most genetic power to breed whites out of existence, we should make every effort to avoid hating ourselves more than we already do.

Conversely, we should also understand that the overwhelming majority of white people are going to go along with the white fascist agenda, no matter how cruel it’s being to Black people, cause it benefits them most. So it’s not about holding hands with white and non-Black people and singing ‘Kumbaya’ around a camp-fire…our predicament is not that simple. And white fascists don’t sleep when it comes to their agenda…especially for us.

So it’s really about every Black man and woman finding a balance between these two sets of knowledge. And it’s really not about ‘blind’ forgiveness of white folks. Cause our ultimate goal should always be getting rid of the self-hatred white fascists have bred into us.

And on a side note, I’d especially like to tell ‘conscious’ Black folks reading this, that you don’t have to see every new superhero flick so you can ‘de-code’ it. I remember hearing one particularly knowledgeable brotha say that he only saw the new Captain America movie two times.

I was like…what?!

After viewing two or three of these films, you should understand what kind of programming white fascists are mainstreaming with these flicks. So if you’re running out to see every new movie in this genre, I don’t care how knowledgeable a decoder you are, you’re no better than the average adolescent ‘fanboy’.

And also remember, ‘Heru’ is the ancient Black deity where we get the word ‘hero’ from. Never forget fam…ALL of the world’s arts and sciences begin with us.

So the next time you see some white caped crusader’s flick showing up at a theater near you, and you're walking towards the cineplex it’s playing at…just pass it up and keep walking.

Trust me, you’ll be glad ya’ did.

The triumph(s) of Terrence Howard (Part 2)...What's the most important dating question you'll ever ask yourself?

Recently, I wrote a post praising the work of Terrence Howard; and it was bought to my attention by a commenter on that post, that Terrence had some pretty derogatory things to say about Black women. So I did some research to find out what's been goin' on with the man.

Now, I'm suspecting it was a Black woman who left a comment saying Terrence referred to sistas as 'antiquated', and then said white women represented 'progress'. And since then, I've been trying to find this televised interview to determine the veracity of whether or not he made this crass a statement towards sistas. 

It looks like he in fact did make this statement after I did some checking, only thing is, the powers that be seemed to have conveniently lost this interview footage in the name of 'damage control'. 

But, there's another part of said interview, where Terrence allegedly spoke on his white wife calling him the 'n-word'. He also said she wanted nothing to do with their Black child, and this woman also allegedly hit Howard. 

And this put a different slant on this interview beyond the ethnic slams therein. 

It seems brotha Terrence not only has a problem with Black women...but women period.

Now usually, I'm used to putting and keeping on my Black Nationalism cap; but for this post, I think I'll take it off for a sec' and talk about something I haven't discussed in a while...dating and relationships. 

Terrence has been married four times, and it seems he's the type who doesn't like to be alone, 'cause one of his wives he married after only knowing her for a month. Now, I'd say the majority of us don't like being alone for too long a stretch; but Terrence marrying after a month makes his actions seem down-right pathological. 

And this brings me back to a post I did on Steve Harvey titled, 'What Steve Harvey won't tell women about finding a good man'.

Now, in terms of finding a desirable mate, there's one question you should ask yourself before you even consider entering the dating scene; and this rings true for men AND women. 

And that question is: Do you know who you're attracting and who you're attracted to? 

I remember once, I was at a club on my birthday in New York City, and I was at one of my favorite live music spots, 'S.O.B.'s', which stands for 'Sounds of Brazil' and not son-of-a...

Anyway, it was a night the musical artist Jaguar Wright was performing; and shouts out to her for a great performance. So, the night was on a 'smooth R&B tip.' *smiles*

Now, everyone there was pretty much paired up, so I felt a bit conspicuous flying solo, but I was determined to have a good time anyways. 

Then, one of the club's waitresses walks up to me and starts conversing; she was a nice lady, looked to be in her early forties and she had a nice body and smile. But there was a problem, the fact that this woman came up to me and starting conversing was something a lot of men would take as a sign of her being oversexed and from an unstable and abusive household. And I know women are gonna' think, oh my goodness, you can't possibly draw that kind of conclusion from someone just coming up to you and starting a conversation; I'm not saying this was true about this woman, I'm just saying a lot of men would think this because she essentially 'made the first move'.

Now, if you're a woman reading this, it's imperative you know that you MUST always let a man make the 'first move' in terms of a conversation or a flirtation. And this has nothing to do with your right to be a feminist, or a 'modern day woman'...remember, in the eyes of a man, if a woman makes the first move, what he'll think about her instantly is, I'll have sex with her, but she's not relationship material.

And I'm not saying that's how it should be, I'm just saying that's how it really is. And, I was surprised that this mature woman didn't know this fact, or at least she wasn't acting like it. 

Then I noticed the woman had a nose ring, now, facial piercings I know from experience mark the sign of a woman, or a person, who's suffered a severe childhood trauma. Again, I'm not saying this woman is not a good person, but understand that facial piercings and tattoos on a woman, make her look like she's either had a history with drugs and/or histories with too many of the wrong types of men. 

But we kept conversing, 'cause I didn't see any need to be rude. Then she walked off and tended to her table stations. 

After several minutes she came back and we conversed some more; then she confessed to me that she was a single mother. Now, I don't have a problem with this, but with all the other factors of how she approached me, I knew, this wasn't a woman I'd date. She then said she'd get my phone number before leaving to tend to her table stations again. That was a relief.

After several more minutes, I saw she was speaking to co-workers and Jaguar Wright had finished her set, so that's when I took my leave.

This woman doesn't realize that her approach to men, or to me at least, was all wrong. And I could tell this wasn't the first time she'd approached a guy in this club like that. But ultimately, here's why I wouldn't date that woman; it's because I know what kind of women I'm attracting.

Understand, if you come from an unstable and abusive household, you're going to attract and be attracted to, other people from unstable and abusive households. 

And there's NO WAY two people from those backgrounds can create a stable and highly functional home. 'Cause subconsciously, you're gonna' attract someone who never knew what a stable relationship looks like. 

And I'm sure everyone reading this knows a friend who gets into bad relationship after bad relationship, and doesn't know why.

Also, notice we're talking about the subconscious mind again. 

'Cause in order to resolve this problem, you're gonna' have to access the childhood trauma in your subconscious that's making you pick these kind of dates and mates. 

This is the stuff they (the fractured educational system) should be teaching us in middle or high school...but what do they have us doing instead? Dissecting frogs. 

The elite know that accessing and reconditioning the subconscious mind is the real way to get free of any mental conditioning that's keeping us down. Either politically or socially. That's why they keep this info. from us. 

And ultimately, it's meditation that will help us access the subconscious mind. And note, when I say meditation, I'm not talking about doing some light yoga to get rid of daily stresses; I'm talking about going and getting into the deepest recesses of your subconscious through either affirmations or self-hypnosis; and if you can do both, your meditation sessions will be even more effective. 

So, getting back to Terrence Howard, do I think he'll ever do what's required to change his thinking and actions towards dating and marrying...probably not. You know why? 'Cause most of us don't even recognize the problem at this level, and if we do, we're hyper-reluctant to do the meditative work to change it. 

But I hope brotha Terrence does see where his dating and mating mishaps stem from, 'cause he's too talented to have his vocational life in order, and his personal life in shambles.
